Land Trust/TSSP:

• Supplement a half day teacher for the kindergarten classrooms.
• • Benchmark testing for this year’s goal is next week Jan 10th.
  • Core5 usage is lower this year than ever before.
    • How can we help our teachers and parents?
      • Literacy night?
        • PTA? Teachers?
        • Popcorn
        • games
      • Contact parents of the students
      • Continue to send the QR codes home.
      • Study buddies in the morning.

Behavior:

• Things look the same across grades so things seem like they are getting better.

Academics:

• Reset after Core5 January 28th
  • Beginning of the year 268 students were not at grade level
  • As of the reset 121 students are not at benchmark but 197 are at benchmark and 16 are above benchmark.

Made 80% growth on

• Kinder 79%
• First grade 39%
• Second 78%
• Third 71%
• Fourth 71%
• Fifth 73%

School Items:

• Computer TECH move it to a STEM program???
  • Use cell tower money for this
  • Vote all say yes.
  • Grants? Sponsors? L3Harris?

Concerns:

• Put a protocol into place for teacher communication during BLT on Monday\
