Crescent Elementary
April 15, 2026
Attendance: Angela Hughes, Will Osborne, Emily Dyer, Ashley Bourdos, Kierstin Draper, Tyler Germer,
PTA Notes:
- April 20th Classic Skate Night 5:00-8:30pm
- May 4-8th Teacher Appreciation Week
- May 28th Spirit Night at Handle’s Ice Cream
- Black Bear Diner’s promo on Tuesday is “kid’s eat free with adult meal” so that lowers earner
Land Trust/TSSP:
- Updated budget numbers:
- Land Trust: $78,500
- TSSP: $106,000
- TOTAL: $184,500
Behavior:
- We are working through Spring Fever
Academics:
- Kindergarten Orientation is this Friday at 2:30-3:30pm.
- RISE Testing April 21
- Spring Acadience Benchmark Testing is April 27 & 28
Concerns:
- Still monitoring enrollment for next year. Kierstin has had quite a few tours from families outside the boundaries that are signing up.
Celebrations:
- Our week with SUU student teachers was a huge success! The teachers were excited to have the students here and SUU liked our campus enough that they will be asking if our school can be their location for future student teaching placements.
Action Plan:
- We will have spring nominations/sign-ups. Submissions will need to be back by May 1st. Elections will be held on the 4th and the 5th. May 13th will be a potluck celebration for outgoing and incoming members.
Future Meeting Dates:
All meetings will be held in the Crescent Conference Room from 4 – 5 PM
