Nicole made a motion to approve the minutes from the last meeting, Emily seconded the motion, everybody voted to approve.
PTA Notes: There are still PTA Board positions open

Land Trust/TSSP: Update on Behavior Assistant budget:
Because Kyle transitioned to another job, we now have a new behavior assistant, a math interventionist, and a new recess aide.
Action Plan: Review Fall Sub Category Data & winter general data
Behavior: Gen ed supports are now more balanced with two “kid coaches” (behavior assistants)
Academics: Presentation ofFall “Subgroup” Acadience Data & General Acadience Winter Data
School Items: We are now piloting iReady reading
-Crescent is piloting iReady Reading for the rest of the school year. Students will not be reset on Core 5, and will be encouraged to work beyond their grade level.
Concerns:
Celebrations: New desks and chairs in Mrs. Reeves’ first grade class
Action Plan: Begin draft of Land Trust/TSSP Plan
