Land Trust/TSSP:

• We will be rewriting these goals for the next year soon.
  • Benchmark testing for this years goal is next week Jan 10th.
  • Core5 usage is lower this year than ever before.
    • How can we help our teachers and parents?
      • Literacy night?
        • PTA? Teachers?
        • Popcorn
        • games
      • Contact parents of the students
      • Continue to send the QR codes home.
      • Study buddies in the morning.

Behavior:

• In 2019 we had 173 behavior issues. In 2020 we 76 behavior issues. In 2022 we 27 behavior issues.
  • Students are friends and they feel safe at school.

Academics:

• Growth from our reading inventory in the 4th and 5th

School Items:

• Computer TECH move it to a STEM program???
  • Use cell tower money for this
  • Vote all say yes.
  • Grants? Sponsors? L3Harris?

Concerns:

• Put a protocol into place for teacher communication during BLT on Monday\
• Safety:
