• Implementing blended learning
• Teachers are able to monitor kids to help give more one on one help.
• Provides lesson plans that are premade for substitutes

Behavior aides hired 4 people to help teachers with students and incentives.

47 behaviors- mostly minor offenses.

• Going through the process of talking with students and the impact of their behaviors
• Most are disruptive in class and work refusal.
• Pass out more cub credit cards.
  • In the past we have passed out more
  • We can try and bring those behaviors down.
• Lunch time before and after and Tuesdays

Parking lot over by the park

• Complaint by a parent.
• In 2020 we quit having kids go to the park because of risk of injury.
• We are encouraging parents to use the carpool for the safety of the kids.

Sub for Santa

• Tie blankets and provide 12 families with basic needs.

PTA

• We are in desperate need of PTA to co-president or be president. We are losing everyone next year.

Halloween parade

• Kids loved it and the ability to re-watch it.
• Nice option to show other family members.

Watch dogs

• We are in the process to get our top dog and get some dads into the school.
• Have dads help at recess, lunch
• While trying to limit the amount of volunteers in the building.
• Carnival
